  • In order to save some time for us responding to the same questions each day, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions (just click on "Knowledge Base" above).  Due to the large number of emails we receive daily (and just ONE person, Jenn, answering them all) :) we've written out these answers just once and are sending it to you in hopes that it will help answer the inquiry you just sent. Please do not hesitate to submit a ticket if you have a further question or need more clarification.  This process just helps us spend more time creating new courses for you AND getting orders out more quickly.  Thank you so much!!

    When you submit a ticket for a question, concern, or problem, Jenn will answer within 24 hours.  If you do not see a response, please log-in and check the ticket online.  This helps me to be sure that my replies to you do not get lost in your email box.

    Q: I didn't get my manual/bonuses.

    A:  I’m happy to resend your login information for www.nextchapterlearning.com to your email address.  All the courses you have purchased are saved under one login Please be sure it is not going to your spam folder, as this sometimes happens.  Simply open a ticket and let me know how I can help!


    Q: Where is my tracking information?

    A:  Due to the large number of orders daily (and just me, Jenn, processing them all) we only email tracking numbers by request, so you haven’t received this information, but your DVD has been sent (within 2 business days of purchase it leaves the manufacturing warehouse/shipper).  If you require a tracking number, please submit a ticket and I will reply with your information.


    Q: My downloads won't open.

    A:  You simply need a free PDF reader like Adobe to open it.  If you are still having issues, please open a ticket and let me know exactly where you are getting stuck so I can help.


    Q: I didn't receive my full order and I want a refund.

    A:  I’m very sorry your full order didn’t make it to you.  If you let me know what you did not get, I’m happy to be sure you receive it and even resend the DVD to you at my cost.  I'm also happy to share your tracking information; it might be stuck in transit or ready to be delivered today!

    Sometimes the downloads go to your spam folder so maybe that is what happened.  Just let me know what you are missing.  If you are still wanting to return your course for a refund, please let me know and I’ll give you the correct mailing address for return.  Simply open a ticket and I'll reply and help you!


    Q: What is your return policy?/How do I request a refund?

    A:  You can return the DVD within 60 days of purchase; simply submit a ticket and request me to send you the correct return address.  The manual must be deleted and DVD returned within the 60 day window (from the date of your order) in order to receive a refund.  I will ONLY accept refunds at the address I provide to you.  I CANNOT accept returns that are marked “returned to sender” as that does NOT come back me.


    Q: How long does it take to get my DVD?

    A:  DVDs take about 7-10 business days in the US and 10-21 days internationally (depending on which country you live in).  If you need a tracking number, please open a ticket and request it.  If you need your DVD sooner, I might be able to rush it for $1.00 additional (depending on the day of week you ordered) so please open a ticket and let me know.


    Q: I don't like to buy things online. Do you offer another way to purchase?

    A:  Purchasing online is actually a secure way to buy as long as you use a credit card or Paypal and send through a secure server.  Just look for https:  before the website address (instead of http: and you'll know you are on a secure server).  Also with Paypal you can be sure that you are purchasing through a secure method since you can open a complaint if the item is not received. I've processed thousands of payments each month online and never once had a complaint from a customer.

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
